The Ainsworth wants to take its Mac & Cheese Burger national. The dining and drinking spot, whose signature burger is topped with macaroni-and-cheese, has plans to expand well beyond its four current locations in Manhattan and New Jersey. Among the cities slated to come on board within the coming year are Philadelphia, Nashville and Kansas City, Kan.
